Colombia, Antioquia ‘Rainbow Blend’
In The Cup: Medium-heavy body and medium acidity. Black cherry, bakers chocolate, and earthy.
Producers: Families of Taborda Rojas, Granados, Taborda Cortez, Lotero, Montoya Madrigal in the towns of Amaga and Titiribi, Antioquia.
Process: Washed, Natural, Red Honey, Yellow Honey
Varietals: Castillo Rosario, Yellow Castillo, Cenicafe 1
Altitude: 1,600 - 1,900 M
Harvest: March - June & September - December
Ethiopia, Town of Kochere, Yirgacheffe
In The Cup: Black Tea w/ hints of jasmine and lemon. "That's Brisk, Baby!"

Varietals: Heirloom Altitude:1800-2100 MASL
